Skinkle Construction Group, Inc. is Hiring a Project Manager (FT) Near Clifton Park, NY
- Ensure accuracy of provided scopes of work on assigned projects.
- Prepare, document, and submit all supplementals/change order requests.
- Maintain daily written communication with customers, insurance representatives, colleagues, and vendors.
- Confirm customer desired selections.
- Furnish complete project material lists and arrange delivery.
- Coordinate, schedule and oversee internal field crews & subcontractors, on all assigned projects.
- Maintain a well recorded and fully documented assignment file.
- Fully maintain all assigned projects from execution to completion.
- Manage assignments to conclude within the allotted time and budget.
- Possesses a minimum of 10 year’s residential and/or commercial construction experience.
- Maintains a valid and current driver's license.
- Has reliable transportation.
- Must be available for on-call; to work any/all hours needed to tend to emergency assignments.
- Ability to work and communicate with others in a professional manner.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.
- Must be hardworking and self-motivated.
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must be proficient with computers. More specifically, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.… (Knowledge with Insurance Estimating Software is a plus)
